Cappy & Castille Confuse Courage & Cowardice

Tim Potts of Democracy Rising PA offers a commentary on the League of Women Voters lawsuit against former justice Ralph Cappy and Chief Justice Castille's threats against the plaintiffs and their attorney.

We all know that Justice Castille thinks that speech calling the court "corrupt" is a violation of attorney ethics, and the press reporting on potential conflicts of interest deserves a punch in the nose - but isn't commenting on a pending federal case (calling it "baseless and irresponsible") and the plaintiffs and attorneys, a violation of judicial ethics? Yes, it is.
