Rendell to weigh turnpike funding
The Patriot News reports that Governor Rendell will announce his views on leasing the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Why don't we just lease septa and amtrack .That way we could just cut out the middle man .The turnpike is actually in the black.The people at septa and amtrack couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag.
