Quick Trivia Question

From Mark Perry - what do the 8 states states with the lowest January unemployment rates have in common?

Answer - the are all Right to Work states.

I'll even go him one better - Right to Work states have an average unemployment rate a full 1% lower than forced union states (6.6% to 7.6%, unweighted for population).  For more on this issue in PA, visit Pennsylvanians for Right to Work.
