Rendell tells PTC, "Stop Stalling!"

Governor Rendell has called out the Turnpike Commission for stalling on resubmitting their I-80 tolling application.

But noting that Governor Rendell also stated that it will be unlikely to take up the Turnpike lease until September, the Turnpike Commission decided it will take a couple of months to fabricate collect all the info the feds want.
