Cerberus keeps another reform in Limbo
Tracy Mauriello of the Post-Gazette reports that House State Government Committee chair Babette Josephs (who I termed the Cerberus of the General Assembly) tabled a bill on redistricting reform - which would ban use of partisan voter registration from being used in drawing district boundaries - saying its chances of passing were "nonexistent".
Of course, as John Micek points out, it is a good thing that one individual has the wisdom to tell the roughly 90 cosponsors that their bill is dead.
