Sunshine for Medicaid

Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is leading the way on Medicaid reform. Gov. Rendell would do well to follow his example. However, given that Gov. Rendell measures success in ADDING citizens to the welfare roles, don't expect any changes in how PA delivers taxpayer-funded medical care.

Read the Wall Street Journal's "Review & Outlook." As the article states: "The hallmarks of the Florida reform are consumer choice and competition." Go figure.
