Need to Review Speed Limits in PA?

The Tribune Review has an article today noting that Pennsylvania is one of few states, and the only one of our neighbors, that doesn't have a speed limit greater than 65 mph anywhere in the state.  Defenders of the 65-limit cite Pennsylvania's infrastructure problems - that is to say, our roads suck.

I can appreciate both sides of this debate - I just drove back across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan and was only in compliance with the speed limit when my hand was forced.  But only in Pennsylvania was my car shaken like a rag doll.
