PA House Rejects Cell Phone Ban

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted down an amendment that would ban (subject to a $50 fine) using hand-held cell phones while driving, follow a debate of several hours. John Micek has the details.

This is the most important role call vote of the General Assembly this session, with the possible exception of designating March 21, 2009 as "Quilting Day."
