THE TAX CODE IS NOT A SOCIAL ENGINEERING TOOL.

The tax code should be used for one thing and one thing only: To raise enough money to fund Constitutionally authorized expenditures, in the least destructive manner possible, PERIOD. The Tax Code must never be used as a means by which to herd the citizens or manipulate the economy.

The Republicans are cross-dressing as Democrats.
