Reform doesn't mean suing to get candidates off the ballot
Last month, as part of the bonusgate indictments, PA House Democratic representatives and staffers were accused of illegally using taxpayer money to challenge petitions and effectively get Ralph Nader off the state ballot in 2004.
To show how committed the Republican Party is to reform, GOP operative Victor Stabile is ... suing to get Libertarian candidate Bob Barr off the ballot (albeit, not using taxpayer funds to support the challenge.)
