Who has contracts with PA Government
The Pennsylvania Treasury Department has a great new tool for searching state contracts online.

My brief testing of the system indicates it is missing several things I would like to find (the House and the Senate have no contracts listed, the House Republicans and House Democrats have very few listed, though we know they have more, and the Turnpike Commission has very limited information). The Department of Community and Economic Development has a long list, however.
