Is the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission a secret cult?
Peter Samuel of Toll Roads News seems to think so, as he struggles in his quest to get information about the Commission, and why Governor Rendell tolerates people he appoints (nominally at least) lobbying against his lease proposal.

Oh come on, the turnpike has been operating in the dark of night forever...they will fight any change except for pay raises and their ability to hire more idiots to keep the state senate happy.
We pay the damn bills and they just eat like pigs.
