Show Me the Spending, PA

Sen. Browne has introduced legislation that would create a free, online database of state spending (contracts and grants over $25,000) along with details about individual line items in the budget.

For more on the spending transparency/databases check out Show Me The Spending (a project of ATR, NTU, AFP and CAGW). For an idea what we are talking about, visit USAspending.gov (the site for the federal government) or KanView (the site for Kansas, considered the most comprehensive of the state sites currently in operation).
