Pittsburgh-area man arrested for complaining about government
A Bridgeville man was arrested for harassment for doing too much complaining to, and about, his government officials.
"In section 2709 of the Pennsylvania crimes code, dealing with harassment, it specifically states that when a person, they harass, annoy or alarm an individual based upon the conduct, then it's harassment," [Bridgeville Police Chief] Bogats said.
I never knew it was against the law to "annoy" someone else, but now that I do, a whole lot of people are going to jail. (HT: Radley Balko via Club for Growth)
