Well Ed is right; ethics is of no concern to the people of the Commonwealth. It would be a waste of the legislature’s time to discuss this (even though they paid $400,000 to have a consultant tell them it was important to act ethical). I can hear them calling the lawmakers to vote on the next item of the peoples business; “What should be the states favorite pop-tart?” “The one with frosting or without?”
