Lawmaker's bills to counter Rendell health package

Governor Rendell has indicated he might, maybe, support this plan

"The governor's interest is in health care reform, whether it's his plan or someone else's. As long as it's a good one, we'll support it," [Rendell Spokesman] Ardo said.

That remains to be be seen. I don't know why Governor Rendell wouldn't support any of the Healthy PA reforms, if his goal is to "heal the sick". But, Given Rendell is on a bus tour to promote his "Cover all Pennsylvania" proposal, which represents the opposite approach, philisophically, to free market health care, call me skeptical.
