Remember in November of '08

"The 'reform movement' in the Pennsylvania Legislature is dead," writes Brad Bumsted, who ask us all to "Remember, remember the 5th of November..."

Okay, so I think Brad is referring to the November elections, and not getting all V for Vendetta on us. But his argument about the continued gap between the way things happen in Harrisburg and the way they ought to happen is right on the money.
