New CPI & Lawmakers COLA

The October Consumer Price Index was released today - while this will be studied by investors and economic analysts for multiple reasons, it is also of note for this reason: PA Lawmakers and Judges will get a raise of 1.9759% beginning December 1 (which amounts to about a $1,400 raise in base pay for lawmakers).
