Tax Policy Under President Bush

An overview of recent tax policy (and unresolved issues) from Chris Edwards of the Cato Institute. He makes the keen observation that the reason the tax cuts have yet to be made permanent is wasteful spending: "Tax cutting has been made more difficult because Bush has been the most profligate president in decades. "
