Rendell-conomics

According to News Release from the Governor, he has revitalized local communities by locating state offices in downtown locations. Apparently the key to economic growth is bigger state government with more offices.

Everything I ever learned about economics has been turned upside down by this breakthrough new theory. Having state offices downtown, as opposed to non-downtown locations, spurs job growth. More government offices, not lower taxes, is the key to economic growth.

This new economic paradigm is so groundbreaking, I can't even begin to explain it.
