Ending the Lame Duck Session

Allentown Morning Call article on ending the lame duck session. Rep. Steil remarks that the lame duck session is needed because lawmakers don't pass legislation while they're campaigning for office, but will after the election is over and the pressure from voters is off. Which is exactly why the lame duck session should be banned.
