More Corporate Welfare

Here is a good piece by the Allegheny Institute on the $50 million dollars of corporate welfare granted by state and local government to PNC for construction of an office/condominium tower. Good thing we don't have a state spending cap in place, else PNC might have to (gasp!) pay for their own building. The horror ... the horror.
