Trial Lawyers Have No Shame

Just returned from the Capitol...

On the heels of defeat in the Senate, the trial lawyers lobby has set it sites on the House as it prepares to vote on curbing lawsuit abuse through reforms of the "joint and several liability" doctrine.

Showing no shame, the "Ambulance Chasers Association" has rolled in people in wheelchairs -- exploiting their tragedies -- in an effort to defend some trial lawyers' practice of going after individuals and businesses with "deep pockets," irrespective of their comparative responsibility for an accident.
